Refund policy

We want you to love your Wall & Willow pieces. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Return window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

How to start a return
Email us at wallandwillow@gmail.com with your order number and reason, and we'll send simple instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us — returns sent without a request can't be accepted.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (allow extra time for your bank to post it).

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the piece you want is to return your item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Non-returnable items
Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Order changes & cancellations
Need to change or cancel? Contact us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll do our best before it ships.
